El amor de un pueblo a Nuestra Señora de Guadalupe del Carrizal

Abstract

Since the Caquetíos arrived in Carrizal, they have venerated Our Lady of Guadalupe. From this, the “Casita de la Virgen” receives pilgrims, both men and women, who approach with humility and love. Through the documentary review, this article makes known the love of the people of Venezuela and the world, for the Mother of Heaven under the invocation of Guadalupe del Carrizal who venerate her on December 12 and February 27. The love for their Blessed Mother is so great that, since December 11, they walk from Coro to Carrizal, hold vigil in the parishes of the Archdiocese of Coro, and participate in the Eucharist on December 12. It is beautiful to see faithful carrying flowers and candles to offer to Our Mother in Heaven. Here we discover the love of the people for Santa María de Guadalupe del Carrizal.
